The SAM & SPIKE Shaker Kit is a standalone Shaker designed to be easy to install and provides an amazing experience.
Upgrade your favorite Stern SAM or SPIKE pinball machine with a real shaker and enter another dimension while playing!
The shaker motor is plug and play, so there is no modification needed on your machine! It also shares the same counterweight and size as the original part (502-5027-00 & 502-5027-01).
All Stern SAM & SPIKE machines are supported. Enjoy an immersive shaker experience thanks to the synchronized gameplay driven by the CPU.

Like every PinSound product, this Shaker Kit is designed to offer a high and long-lasting quality. The Shaker Kit has been designed and manufactured to be the more resistant and reliable possible, it’s covered by a 2-years warranty and will be replaced if anything happens due to materials or manufacturing defects.
If you adjust the shaker settings in your Stern SPIKE menu, you may lose certain shaker events. The Shaker Enhancer ensures you get all the immersive shaker moments programmed into the game, while still letting you dial in the power to your personal preference.
More than 10 years ago, Nicolas and Timothée, aka “The PinSound Brothers”, set themselves the challenge of designing a new sound board from scratch to improve the sound of their favorite pinball machine: The Twilight Zone.
Passionate about pinball machines since childhood and coming from a family of musicians, Nicolas and Timothée are trained engineers, respectively in software and hardware.
After two whole years of development and sleepless nights, the alliance of this shared passion and their technical expertise gave birth to the very first replacement sound board for pinball machines: the “PinSound Board”. The PinSound adventure was just beginning!
After a very enthusiastic reception from the community, the two brothers continued to innovate to offer even more products. Always with the same objective: to give you a totally new and immersive experience with your pinball machine.
In addition to new soundtracks, PinSound now offers products such as replacement CPU boards, shaker kits, speaker kits, headphone connectivity… These products are compatible with 150+ different pinball machines, including the latest STERN Spike pinball machines.
